The location was magnificent and unbeatable, minutes from Plaza del Ayuntamiento. The room was brand-new with very comfy beds, and I slept very well...

really good, really good, really good
The room featured a kettle and a fridge, perfect for late-night snacks. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its very nice variety of fresh fruit and Spanish dishes like potato tortilla.
totally recommend 😊❤️

Rooms were clean, quiet; staff accommodating, helpful, and professional. Computer in lobby available for internet access. Ac. Easy walking distance to city center, cathedral and mercado - lots of shopping. Also very near train station, walking distance to metro and buses.
Breakfast was disappointing - supermarket-style pressed ham and cheese slices with several prepackaged sweet rolls. Inexcusable with all the fine bakeries and meats easily available.

The room was very spacious for the price!
Too stuffy, the room was big but had interior windows, so there wasn't even fresh air in the room even when the windows were left open. The walls are also quite thin, you can hear everything!

the location was excellent for everything in the city. It was also a very easy trip from the airport (20mins on the metro). We did not try the restaurant as there are many cafes arouind the hotel

Excellent location that was easy walking distance to main train station and nearest bus/metro stations. Friendly helpful staff clean but basic room. Reception always manned.
The room lacked tea making facilities.
